Jeff is the founder of Sky Staffing and Executive Coach and mentor. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Aviation Management and Flight Operations from Daniel Webster College in Nashua, NH. 

Jeff earned his NBAA CAM in 2024 and is an active CAM mentor. Serving on the NBAA Runway Safety Committee he volunteers his time to enhance aviation safety.

• Corporate & Gulfstream Expertise: Direct long-range international corporate experience as a G-650ER (GVI) First Officer, safely transporting domestic and foreign VIPs  under stringent Part 91 parameters.

• Proven leadership across elite echelons, including commanding a 130-person US Army General Support Aviation Company,  Regional Airline Check Airman, and heading critical ALPA Safety Steering committees. 

• Continuously elevating professional standards through active participation in the NBAA Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) program.

Mike is a highly experienced Helicopter pilot. Having served in Desert Storm on the Apache, Mike has transferred those airmanship skills to mountain lift, rescue, and passenger transport, Mike is an expert in the operation of Rotorcraft. 

Hunter is a highly sought after aircraft mechanic in his squadron. His years of knowledge enable him to diagnose anomalies, source parts and equipment and keep aircraft in perfect operating condition. Although he does not separate officially until June of 2027, he is seeking opportunities in both corporate and airlines.
