A brand promise should not be something a company takes lightly. It is the reason their customers choose them every time. It is something the company refuses to compromise on. It is a vow.
A brand promise is complex and extreme. So a brand promise excites the potential of every person. It is not exclusive. A brand must do everything possible to enable its customers to capitalize from its product. It is actually an extremely heavy burden to put on oneself as a corporation.
You do not yield from a brand promise as a business. This is something that every employee must know, and embrace. It puts the accountability to maintain the highest standard on anyone who sees it drift or falter. It is a mandatory center of success.
"Our Brand Promise is to mentor and present exceptional personnel to exceptional organizations and find and mentor exceptional organizations for our exceptional personnel."
-Jeffrey Dunn, Founder
To support our Brand Promise, we require 3 core values; Education, Effort, and Etiquette. Every person has the potential to be an exceptional example of all three. All three are codependant on eachother. Education requires effort and etiquette. Effort should be put forth with knowledge and etiquette. Etiquette is executed through effort and eduction.
Our vision is to create a virtual space for employers and employees that is specific to aviation. Nothing like this has or will exist on the scale on which we intend to build it.
There are millions of opportunities in aviation. Our job isn't to find you one of them. Our job is to lead all of them to you.
